Terms & Conditions
1. Happy Customers Are Our Aim! Please choose your purchase carefully,
ensuring it is compatible with your PC, if in doubt, please ask
a member of staff who are always happy to help.
2. Please ensure our Returns Department are notified within
14 days of any intention to return goods.
3. After 14 days, Unsatisfactory goods will be exchanged or replaced
(exact replacement where possible) or a credit note will be issued.
4. All exchanges or refunds require Proof of Purchase. This does
not affect your
Statutory Rights. Please keep Original receipts wherever possible
to avoid delays in issuing replacement goods or refunds.
5. All goods sent by post must be adequately packed, including
original packaging with all manuals, software and cables.
6. Any goods returned in an unfit state risk invalidating their
warranty.
7. We reserve the right to charge 20% handling charge if the goods
were
purchased in error or upon testing, goods believed to be faulty,
were found
to be in good working order, or the fault does not lie with
Argon Computing Ltd. All goods returned, must have
the fault specified prior to testing.
8. Any product returned by post believed to be faulty, that is
in good working
order upon testing will mean that the responsibility of return postage
is left in the hands of the customer.
9. Hard Drive Virus’s void Argon Computing Ltd warranty
as Manufacturers will not cover this.
10. If returned goods are found to be faulty, they will be
replaced as soon as we have relevant stocks.
11. RMA numbered goods can be given in at shows to save postage,
but no
monies will be given out. Cheques will be raised and sent via our
Head
Office for refunds that comply with the above items. Ensure
that you have written your RMA number on your receipt.
12. Warranties on all new parts are One Year. Warranties on all
Complete
Systems are One Year Parts and One Years labour.
All Warranties are Return to Base.
